Day off.
Clear skies.
Went to the Osaka Expo early in the morning.
On the train, I raised my hands,
made a fist, then let go —
trying to feel in control.
Sometimes I feel like I only exist through external sound.
The Expo wasn’t as bad as people say online.
But yeah, the crowds are real.
Lines everywhere.
No chance for the China or U.S. pavilions.
Tried the infamous 200-million-yen restroom.
Meh.
Evening: yakiniku in Esaka —
first time in two and a half years.
Still just as delicious.
Wait…

Isn’t “thanks” in Spanish gracias?
